Resort Terms & Conditions
By booking a stay or visiting Adrushya Estates, guests agree to adhere to our standard resort operational guidelines to ensure safety, mutual respect, and peaceful stays.
Government Photo ID Verification
A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License) is mandatory for all adult guests at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted.
Check-In & Check-Out Schedule
Standard Check-In time is 1:00 PM and Check-Out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior confirmation and room availability.
Suite Occupancy Limits
Total occupancy per suite must not exceed the maximum allowed guest limit specified in your reservation confirmation.
Quiet Mountain Hours
To preserve the tranquil mountain atmosphere, quiet hours are observed from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM across all outdoor decks and lawn areas.
100% Smoke-Free Indoors
All guest suites, indoor lounges, and dining areas are strictly smoke-free. Designated outdoor smoking spaces are provided.
Nature & Safety Guidelines
Guests are requested to respect local wildlife, avoid littering along pine trails, and refrain from unattended open fires.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We recognize that travel schedules can change. Our cancellation terms provide fair flexibility while protecting reserved dates in our boutique mountain sanctuary.
Cancellations > 72 Hours Prior
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in receive a 100% full refund or complimentary stay date adjustment within 6 months.
Cancellations 24 to 72 Hours Prior
Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours prior to check-in receive a 50% refund, or 100% credit transfer valid for 90 days.
Cancellations < 24 Hours / No-Show
Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable due to reserved suite preparation.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refund amounts are processed back to your original payment method/card within 5 to 7 business days.
Weather & Road Disruption Guarantee
In case of severe mountain weather or government road closures in Nainital district, stay dates can be rescheduled without any penalty.
